TNA President Dixie Carter Comments On WWE RAW vs. TNA iMPACT!

TNA President Dixie Carter issued a Twitter statement Tuesday afternoon regarding iMPACT’s initial failure to register as a valid competitor for WWE RAW and Monday nights.

“Although its classic David v Goliath, 1 stone will not bring down our giant, its a different day. It’ll take time & commitment, we have both,” Tweeted Carter.

It should be noted that Carter’s statement was issued at about 1PM EST Tuesday, so it is unclear how much ratings information she had at the time of the statement.

— In addition to the John Cena appearance, WWE has confirmed Matt Hardy & Justin Gabriel vs. CM Punk & Darren Young for NXT tonight.

  1. TNA definitely needs another show to feature the X-Division. That’s what makes their brand so different from WWE, plus they have way too many wrestlers on their roster for only one 2-hour show. An X-Division show on Thursday would help the Monday ratings as well.
