Report: WWE Star Struck Chris Jericho and a Woman Prior To Arrest

TMZ, which has been covering the report of Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms’ public drunkenness arrest since Wednesday, notes that Helms is accused of physically striking three individuals.

According to the gossip website, witnesses alleged to police that Helms hit Jericho, a man named Gary Kelley and a woman named Ashley Storer at a Kentucky gas station early Wednesday morning.

Witnesses said that Helms fled from the scene following the physical confrontation; he soon returned to join Jericho under arrest for public intoxication.

Because none of the supposed victims opted to immediately press charges, a requirement when police do not witness the attack in Kentucky, police did not book Helms on any assault count.

At press time, TMZ notes that while Jericho and Storer were reportedly not looking to file charges, Kelley is considering doing so.
