Shocking Rumor Regarding Jeff Hardy and TNA iMPACT!

January 4, 2010
By Brian Cantor

Jeff Hardy, Shannon Moore and Beth Britt all confirmed this weekend that they would be in attendance for Monday’s TNA iMPACT! special.

What they did not say, and what is now being rumored, is that Hardy might make his way onto the broadcast.

According to ProWrestling.net, the word going around the lockerroom is that Hardy will surface in a non-wrestling capacity during the Steel Asylum match. This is obviously far from confirmed and just a rumor.

Particularly curious is the fact that TNA did not advertise Hardy for tonight’s show. While surprises are always treats for the fans, in going head-to-head with WWE, it would have made logical sense to confirm an appearance from one of that company’s most popular stars of the past few years.

The Steel Asylum match is due for the first hour of the show, so it should be made clear rather early if there is any truth to the Hardy story.
