UFC News: Mike Swick Replaces Josh Koscheck at UFC 109

MMAFighting reports that Mike Swick has agreed to replace Josh Koscheck at UFC 109: Relentless.

Set for the February 6, 2010 show, Swick replaces “Kos” in what would have been a rematch against Paulo Thiago. The fight marks Swick’s first shot at redemption since losing to Dan Hardy at UFC 105.

Earlier Monday, news broke that Koscheck had pulled out of the fight due to an undisclosed injury.

UFC has yet to formally confirm the replacement bout, although all indications are that it will indeed be Swick vs. Thiago at the show.

UFC 109 Relentless Card:
Randy Couture vs. Mark Coleman
Mike Swick vs. Paulo Thiago
Nate Marquardt vs. Chael Sonnen
Demian Maia vs. Dan Miller
Matt Serra vs. Frank Trigg
Mac Danzig vs. Justin Buchholz

Phillipe Nover vs. Rob Emerson
