Jeff Hardy’s Court Date Pushed Back, Kevin Nash Tackles Rumors

— The Fayetteville Observer reports that Jeff Hardy’s probable cause hearing on an array of drug-related charges has been delayed until December 2.

Originally scheduled for yesterday, Hardy missed the court appearance due to a drug lab report not yet coming back. His attorney Jim Van Camp was present.

— Kevin Nash disputed Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims that his suspension, stemming from off-script comments about TNA’s handling of a potential Chris Sabin injury at a recent iMPACT! taping, did not stop TNA from sending him paychecks. He also explained reports regarding the fact that he was never formally given notice of the suspension in the same Facebook message:

“Thought I would clear up some internet bullshit. The reason I did not receive a letter from T.N.A was because this matter was discussed between President Dixie Carter and myself. I promise you it cost me money not a paid vacation at my beach home. I understand Dixie’s reason for the action she has taken but stand by my reaction to what at the time appeared a serious neck injury to [Chris Sabin].”
