PWTorch.com reports that Jeff Hardy will next appear before a judge in November.

Hardy, who was arrested earlier this month on drug-related charges, was slated to enter his plea Wednesday. His subsequent appearance is slated for November 4 at Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, NC.

As of press time, PWTorch notes that the county had not yet updated its court records to reflect the happenings at Hardy’s Wednesday appearance.

this is totally jeffs wake up call. And he should take this to his advantage that, even though hes in pain, drugs are NOT the answer.

Yes, jeff did get arrested, but no that is not why he no longer wrestles. I read on some website about a week before the loser leaves match that jeff was leaving and the wwe would welcome him back anytime. he wanted to do things on his own pace, like his band and possibly a reality show. As of last monday unfortunatly no charges have been dropped against him, and he is facing 14 years. he needs privacy and support from fans more than ever.
