UFC holds UFC 101: Declaration Saturday night in Philadelphia, PA. BJ Penn looks to earn redemption after a crushing defeat to Georges St. Pierre as he defends the title against Kenny Florian. Meanwhile, after two critically panned fights, Anderson Silva hopes to restore his unanimous status as the sport’s pound-for-pound best as he moves up to 205 to fight the ever-popular Forrest Griffin.
