Backstage WWE Trade News, WWE Star On Year’s Biggest Cable Event

— The decision to implement the fifteen-Superstar WWE roster trade was reportedly made sometime in the past week, says PWInsider.com. One of the trade’s biggest implications concerned the ECW Championship–as was reported on Sunday, the original plan called for Jack Swagger to win the title at The Bash. Instead, WWE opted to move Swagger to RAW, where he will feud with fresh babyfaces.

— The BET Awards special, which served as a tribute to the late Michael Jackson, was the year’s top cable telecast with 10.7 million viewers. WWE star MVP was present for the show and received minor media attention.
