How Much Ring Time Will Batista Miss?

WWE opted not to crown a new WWE Champion on last night’s RAW, instead using Batista’s injury as an opportunity to bring Triple H back from hiatus. Unfortunately for Batista fans, if WWE.com’s story on the injury is correct, the company will most likely be crowning a new champion in the near future.

WWE reports that Batista will miss four months of action as a means of recovering from surgery on his torn left biceps. Batista will thus be out of action until the fall.

It should be noted that WWE did hype a WWE Championship match for next week’s “Three for All” edition of RAW, so clarity on the title situation is undoubtedly forthcoming.
