Yet Another WWE Release, More Details On Cuts

The string of news on WWE roster cuts reportedly did not reach its end Friday afternoon. Sources say yet another member of WWE’s developmental program has reached the end of his tenure.

PWInsider reports that Kafu, real name Victor Ceron, joins the ranks of those released. Later featured in a WWE Magazine spotlight on FCW, Kafu joined WWE in January 2008. He wrestled his first professional match for All Pro Wrestling in 2002.

Other releases included Maverick Darsow, Jon Cutler and Lupe Santiago. The Sun reports that one of those releases started out as a suspension, presumably due to a Wellness Policy issue, but was ultimately bumped up to a release by John Laurinaitis.
