More Inside Details on Kimbo in UFC

Kimbo Slice will be debuting on UFC television as part of the upcoming tenth season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” And, for the hundreds of thousands whose interest in the program will undoubtedly hinge on his ability to remain in the competition for the long haul, it seems UFC is not taking chances with his position on the show.

F4WOnline.com reports that UFC will not use its “fight to get into the house” system this season, assuring that all sixteen selected heavyweights get a chance to live in the house.

Sources say UFC is expecting the new season to draw the highest ratings in years. The show will also feature the heated coach combination of Rashad Evans and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, both former UFC champions and proven draws for UFC events on Spike TV.

Following the season, Evans and Jackson are scheduled for a grudge match–which will either occur on December 26 or in early January, depending on whether UFC opts to book its annual year-end show so close to Christmas.
